Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or has been lost in transit, we will:

  • Replace the item free of charge (if stock is available), or

  • Issue a full refund (if a replacement is not available).

No-Fault Returns

If you're returning an item for reasons not related to damage or defect, we will:

  • Provide a 100% store credit (no restocking fee), or

  • Issue a refund minus a 15% restocking fee (due to the custom-made nature of our products).

We will cover return shipping costs in these cases to ensure a hassle-free experience.


Additional Notes

  • Returned items must be in original condition and with all included accessories.

  • We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges if items appear to be used, damaged, or incomplete.
